The Qiyam Method
Recovery starts before the urge.
Willpower, blockers and accountability can each help. Used in isolation, they can leave the wider pattern untouched: the stress you carry, the time you spend alone, and the habits you return to when motivation fades.
The Qiyam Method addresses these together. Islamic practice, physical discipline, emotional awareness and social connection form one personal recovery plan. You learn to recognise the sequence leading to the behaviour and act earlier, with direct guidance from Mohsin.
At its centre is identity: the man you intend to become and the standards you practise each day. The work is to make those standards your own, so they can hold through travel, pressure and changes in routine.
The purpose behind Qiyam
A life you can trust yourself to lead.
You may be dependable at work and committed to your family, yet still struggle to trust yourself in private. Seeking help with this should respect the man you are and the responsibilities you carry.
Qiyam is built on the conviction that recovery involves the whole man. Its purpose is to help you regain choice and self-trust, be present in your relationships, and live consistently with your faith.
